My parents will be gifting me funds for Canada immigration. Is notarized gift deed enough proof? Also one of my bank accounts is in joint name with my mother. Will the funds in that account be counted for immigration? My name and address on passport is different than my names and addresses on bank accounts. All bank accounts have my marital name and address and passport has my maiden name and address. I have made 'one and the same person' affidavit . Will the visa officers accept that affidavit? Or will there be problem due to different names? Thanks
