PLEASE GUIDE...
BANK OF AMERICA..SAYS THAT I CAN TAKE PRINT OUT OF THE STATEMENT FOR INTERNET AND USE IT FOR IMMIGRATION PURPOSE...WHR AS IT SAYS..

SETTLEMENT FUNDS
Refer to the "Proof of Funds" section of our Web site for exact figures and instructions.
Provide:
•original letter(s) from your bank(s) and/or other financial institution(s) confirming the type(s) and current balance(s) of the account(s) you hold
•copies of monthly bank statements showing deposits and withdrawals for the 6 months prior to the submission of you application

aries9811, Visit BoA location where you opened the account and request them for a letter stating your financial standing for Immigration.
i guess they charge 10$ for same.

YES..
Can you tell me...if I take Print out ..will that still work..I called Customer Agent 1 month Back..they made fool out of me...and didnt send me the Letter Yet...!! I am fed up now..I cant take a Print out ?

As per the guide line they need letter from bank: which will say since how long you opened the account and how much is the average balance maintained.
along with that it's required to submit monthly statement for 3-6 months.

Not sure about the consequences of not submitting bank letter.

Oh thats a bit more than the UK ask for they only want

Provide proof of unencumbered and readily transferable funds in a convertible currency available for settlement in Canada (for you and your family members):
•current bank certification letter; or
•evidence of savings balance; or
•fixed or time deposit statements.

I've provided them 6 months of saving account statements

I have submitted printout of bank statements for few months as proof of funds and it worked.

Yes Correctly said jeby and As long as its from Bank of America you shall have no problem with it, and you can submit statements month wise to give a better view of your monthly Maintained Account Balance.
