I have Canada PR but While Landing if I am asked to show proof of funds in Canada, Can I show the Fixed deposit I submitted while filling the application or I would need to break the Fixed deposit and have in my account?

If asked, you just need to prove you are entering the country with enough accessible funds as mentioned on the canada.ca website as being required to support yourself. So you can bring cash, bankers draft, travellers cheques, etc. If you are bringing in more than $10,000, you need to declare it to customs on your landing card. If you aren’t bringing money in, you may need to show you have money in an accessible account. From what I’ve heard, most people aren’t asked unless they are bringing in no cash at all.
