Hello everyone, I currently got an ITA under the SINP new EOI system.. But the funds in my account which I have been building was slightly devoid of the $12,475 CAD on the date of ITA..Upon calculation it was $12,143CAD..Although it was complete before then but only made a transfer to someone who returned the exact amount 2days after the ITA.I have since added enough funds to the account to exceed the $12,475 CAD...How do I go about this please advise..I have to submit my application before 2months time and my NOC has been removed from the OID..
I will appreciate if I can be given positive ways to go about it..

I have a question..

I had around CAD19000 in my account when I filed for VISA in October 2017 and m still waiting for the Visa.
Recently, due to some emergency, I had to withdraw around CAD6000 out of my account and now I'm short of what is required.

I want to know will they send me an ADR to provide the proof of funds again or I should deposit CAD6000 into the account and not inform them about this?

technically you're not supposed to touch them. if they don't request an ADR now, you'll have to show them when you land. so better keep them on the side and forget about them

Urgent help sought...
My Dad has created an FD 5 months ago which is around 20 lks. And the source being his savings account but FD. The FD is bearing my name and Pan number. We can get a statement from the bank that on maturity the amount will be credited to my account in the same bank.
Also I have a gift deed from my dad stating the same that my Dad has unconditionally gifted the FD (created from his SB account)to me for any use that I may put it to.

My account in SBI is a joint account with my spouse who is my co applicant.

Is the gift deed proof enough for POF?
Do you see any challenges before I submit my application. I ALREADY have the ITA and am due to submit all proofs next week.

Please help!!

Hi all, I hope you can help. With less than 2 weeks left to submit my PR application, something suddenly dawned on me... When we have to prove six months worth of funds/bank statements, when does it start? Is it from when we received our ITA or from when we actually submit the application? I switched banks in the middle of February and closed my old bank account. If it starts from when we receive our ITA I am not sure if I will be able to get a letter or any bank statements from my old bank. I would only be able to prove 5 months in this case. Please advise. Thank you.

Yes. However you don't need to show last 6 months credit card statement. Current month statement will show your outstanding balance.

Dear Members,

I am in the process of filing my EOI towards the end of this month. Me and my spouse are creating FDs through the period and it would be sufficient by the time we submit documents after receiving ITA. These FDs are made within six months but through our salary income only. Will it be a problem.

Hello All
I will receive CAD 13,846 from my father soon as a gift and I have only one salary a/c which is savings in nature. I use the a/c frequently, therefore there are lot of transactions in every month although they do not cross CAD 500 (adding all the monthly transactions). My concern is that should I put the money which I'll get from my father in my salary a/c or should I open a Fixed Deposit a/c with the same bank?
I'm pretty much sure that I can maintain the minimum fund requirement (CAD 12,475) at all times.
Please advise.
