I have submitted my e-APR .

Just now noticed , I have no money in saving bank but having FD as per Canada requirement for last 1 year. In the letter Bank mentioned no liability also. They didn’t mention the average balance of 6 months. Is it any problem for this bank proof of letter.

I have one question. I am going to fulfill 1 year of experience for EE CEC in Canada soon and I am going to quit my job as soon as I make the experience then apply for EE CEC.
In this case, can I still put 0 in the POF in my EE profile as other regular CEC candidates?

It is but a lot of people provide 6 month bank statements as their banks refuse to provide this piece of information.

Yes, as long as you have reached the year of work experience.

So if I'm able to get the letter in exact format, no need for account statements right? If it's the letter, how then will a lump sum be spotted. I want to sell a property and present the account for pof with the bank letter in prescribed format. Won't this fly without account statement and LOE?

It won't fly due to the av balance of the past 6 montha.

Hi all, I had opened a gic account(10k cad) since I had applied for study permit , now I've initiated for pr process so for showing proof of funds can I show that I had 10k cad in gic account for a particular period of time?... The Scotia bank guys say for gic account they don't give bank statements, I only have the account opening Statement and I'll be getting a mail during closure.

How much amount per transaction in CAD is considered as a big deposit/ lump sum deposit by CIC officers and may raise a red flag?

I need to know this as I tend to maintain a separate savings account (planned to be used for PoF) and different other accounts from which I regularly transfer amount to the savings one. The amount per transaction is often more than 1000 CAD.
