How did you made a spouse declaration "for fund to be use by primary applicant", affidavit or a simple declaration ?
Actually my situation is almost like yours, all funds is in my spouse account (and country I live (Japan) does allow to have joint accounts)
So I am also planning to just show my bank statements and also write a self declaration about fund use by primary applicant.

Also mention that you will be accompanying the principal applicant upon receiving the COPR

Hi All, has anyone from India got a POF letter from ICICI bank? Could you kindly let me know the process. I am currently in the UK and visiting the bank will not be possible for me. Is there a way of doing it online? Is this letter issued only by the home branch or the corp office?
Kindly help. Thank you

I am not sure how you would do it online as I visited my home branch and asked the branch manager and he did it for me in half an hour. You can visit a local branch at your location ( if it is there) or ask any of your family members to visit your home branch in India ( give them your authority letter along with the format)they might give it to them.

Thank you. I am not sure I have any family member in the city where my home branch is. I will try calling them but it seems difficult.

Do they have a fixed format that they give the letter in, or do they ask you for a format?

I was adamant that I need it in certain format and he agreed it to it after 10 mins of convincing.

Does cic accept the monthly bank statements that ICICI emails to me? It has a signature in it too along with all details that cic requests for .... just that i will have one statement for every month.

Online ones are not stamped. Letter is required. Is there a branch near your location? If yes, visit there and get that sorted. Check with your family members to visit a branch near there location and ask for such letter ( show them your authority letter)

Hi, I reached out to HSBC bank to provide me with a POF bank letter. They were very adamant on sticking to their format, which did not include the monthly average balance details. However, they have given me an additional letter highlighting that the Canadian Immigration authority should reach out to them directly to get additional info. I plan to also submit my last 6 months of bank statements.

Will this suffice?

This has worked for quite a few people. If you cannot get the precise letter that CIC requires from your bank. Use a bank statement to support your claims.

Hi everyone.
I have a question about gift deed. My brother sent me some money 3 months ago through e-transfer and I want to mention that money in a gift deed. My question is the date of the gift deed document should be close to date that money has been transferred to my account or it is OK if i put the current date for this gift deed document.
Thank you
