Hi,

In TRV Checklist its mention: Attach the proof Financial support yourself and family member accompanying u while u r in Canada

We have attached the proof of our Liquid money which include Bank statements with FD, which is attested from Bank and got letter from bank for our total of saving and fixed deposit amount. (to show Financial ties)


for other property like house , land, gold etc. instead of taking CA valuation letter can we attached the proof of land and self declaration letter for other assets with approximate value.(to show county ties)

Do translate all documents into English by a certified translator (if required)..... especially for property or land ownership.

You can submit indicative market rates based on reports/research done by property portals/Knight Frank/Cushman & Wakefield/ Citibank Property Reports, etc.... to give the estimated current market values of your property/land.

For jewelry, you can get it assessed by a certified jeweler.

For shares/stocks, print the web pages of the company on NSE/BSE, etc for the current share prices
