Thank you. I have one other question. A couple of the letters I have written and was going to have people sign. I figured it was easier for me to do it because I can make sure it has all the proper information. Does this look bad?

I think that's ok. I did the same thing. I was the one who drafted the invitation letter because my personal details must be included in the letter then have my Uncle and Aunt signed it. I just asked their personal details because their details are also needed to be written down in the letter
