I put myself as the contact person while using these courier details, and it went off without a hitch.

I can't say what fedex requires, but Sydney office is a large one with a receiving desk or office with a person who can initial during at least all office hours. They get tonnes of mail and deliveries. There is no problem having things delivered there. Whether fedex can deal with it - don't know.
