I am really anxious here.. I am currently on post graduate work permit and I applied for study permit on July 3rd. My university needs my study permit to let me start my program and the deadline is on Sep 29th. Do you think I have a chance? I am really desperate heree...

it means there is an update on your application. if you already got an update saying "we are reviewing whether you meet eligibility", then it must be the final decision! keep us updated
