I saw when you had yesterday a change in eligibility and I kept refreshing mine and checking it every 2 minutes and nothing.
Today I randomly checked and saw approved. And started jumping and screaming

hahahahahha. Finally! After 10 weeks!
I still have to wait for the paper itself to arrive. Still a little bit of waiting.
You will get it today or tomorrow. They have backlogs like crazy, and system isn't updating...so I am hoping your visa is already approved, your application just needs to be updated. Crossing fingers.
