Profession + Fund Related Question

1. I am working in UAE as Document Control Manager in construction industry. I have seen the code 1122 been added recently to skilled profession list which shows "Records Manager" in Example Titles of hrsdc but as Main duties as described I am facing difficulty how to draw my profession into it, in terms of requesting the official job description from my current employer so that I doesn't create any confusions. . Any Hints!

2. I am working with the same employer for last 10 years & my End of Service benefit can easily cover up financial requirements for Skilled Workers Program. Now is that kind of saving acceptable if yes what should be the right presentation of it. i.e. (a letter from employer stating end of service benefits sum on it) or something else.

I am from India and I worked in Saudi Arabia, India and Maldives . When I applied for PCC in Saudi embassy , Delhi , they told my rep that I have o come and submit application in person. I cant go because I am stuck up with my employment in Maldives.

Indian embassy , maldives informed me that they can issue PCC for my entire life covering all the stays in all countries after conducting investigation.They will make a stamp in my passport .

Is it enough that I go through them , rather than taking every PCC from Saudi, Maldives and Saudi Arabia.?

Hi satifali,

1. Check below the link to know about Job Description of NOC 1122. Make sure that do not copy and paste the same Job Description because many applicants got rejection from Visa Officer due to this reason. You can make your own description which should not exactly match with it.

2. You have to show money in your bank account as per the number of applicants who are applying with you and that money should remain in your bank account until you get Canadian Visa. If you don't have enough money then you need to show property which is in your name and having equal value which is required to prove the funds.
