Processing times for LMO in Ontario?

We are over seas and doing a work permit but we have to wait for the LMO to first be approved.
Our lawyer told us the employers advertisement was only validated last week and that they were able to send out the application April 2nd to HRSDC.

From here the HRSDC contacts the employer and so on.

So now I'm wondering how long this may take from here on?
Because we still need to get our Medicals and this is going to Paris embassy too to be accepted.
I'm nervous that this will take longer then expected. I was told 2-4 months for LMO to be accepted but is it really that long.

So tell me your experience. I would appreciate your feedback.

Thanks for your response. Our lawyer said 2-4 months because the employer never had a previous LMO approved so when its the first LMO for the company it takes longer. Dont know if that was your case.

I sent in my application in late October 2012 (the 29th or 30th, I believe). My LMO approval was received on January 10, 2013. This was probably delayed a bit by the Christmas and New Year holidays, but could serve as an indication of processing times.
