Hi,

I submitted Super Visa file for my parents on February 26, 2014. Still I did not get any response (VFS tracking shows it is under process), though it's processing time is only 2 - 3 weeks as far I know. I tried to contact with Canadian Embassy through e-mail, but they did not response. Is there anybody who can suggest me how to contact with Canadian Embassy? OR What is the probable cause as it is getting delay?
Thank you.

Regards,
Goutam

I am really appreciated as I got your reply. Is it a good idea to contact with Embassy? It passed more than 4 months. Is there any possibility to lost my parent's passport? Thank you again for your response.

sorry i miss read your original post i thought you said that it had been only two or three weeks. Yes I would email the embassy to find out what is going on. Did you send it through an agency? Check with the agency, i think the embassy would be more likely to email them.

My father e-mailed them twice, but they did not response him. I am really confused what to do. My parents, themselves submitted their file, no agency and 4 and half months already passed. May you tell me in which e-mail address should mail to be sent at Embassy? Who is supposed to mail - me or my parents? Thank you again for your response.

Goutam

Get it translated by anyone who knows Hindi. On the translation, the translator certifies that he/she is fluent in Hindi and that the translation is an accurate translation of Mr. XYZ's birth certificate. The translator then signs the translated birth certificate in front of the notary who then notarizes the translator's signature. This is what we did for my spouse.

Translating a legal document is very difficult it should be translated from a certified translator. A single mistake change the complete meaning of the document. You can contact Translation Excellence Inc. they provide all type translation services.

Hello,

I have a question regarding my parents' super visa. They applied to New Delhi VAC on July 18th 2014 i.e. today.
In the VISA application they have mentioned their date of coming to Canada as 15 Aug 2014.

The VAC representative checked all the documents and was happy that all are in place but she also told my parents that the supervisa processing time is 8 weeks and the date 15th Aug 2014 is not even 4 weeks away. She suggested my parents to write an email to delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca requesting the immigration/visa officer to grant visa before 15th Aug 2014.

It is me who actually helped my parents gather & and fill all documents/forms after taking help from forums on CanadaVisa.com and before applying i even checked for the processing time for TRV -Supervisa on www.cic.gc.ca which is just 9 days for New Delhi. Please refer http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/temp/visitors.asp#asia

But she also accepted the VISA application.

Please let me know:

1. Should my parents actually write email as suggested by the VAC representative?
2. If they write or do not write email, in such circumstances can the VISA officer reject/refuse the VISA or he will grant the visa for a later date (provided all other conditions are met)?

Your replies would be much appreciated.

Please suggest.

Thanks,
ASJ

Please can any one reply to my above query please......... :(
sorry for replying you delay. see, you already submitted the file. I think, you don't need to write any e-mail. 15th of August means, they can even come down in Canada after 15th of August. So, they can issue visa in later date. See, super visa is much more confirmed than a regular visitor visa. Wait and see. They generally don't reject if you fulfill all condition.

See, mine case, my parents sent at least 3 e-mails at delhi-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca regarding the status of their application, but they don't response. they submitted on 26th of February. So, better don't write. Anyway, my phone no: 306-5279951.

Thank you.

Goutam
