well what i did in my RPRF was i first printed off the receipt, and filled up all the information on the receipt, my name, phone number, UCI, mailing address, then I upload it to the attachment, I only wrote my immigration file number in the email body. What i think is the officers might or might not read the email body, but they have to read the receipt for damn sure! so why put all ur information in the email which they may or may not pay attention instead of the RPRF receipt which they mush read?
