Processing time for "We started processing your application on August 30,2013?"

Hi everyone
I have applied for PR under AINP. My current status shows-
Application for PR received on 07 June 2013.

I received an email with application number on 02 Aug 2013,
Request for Medical Test on 06, Aug 2013,
Medical tests done on 17 Aug & final test results submitted by Doctor on 14 Sep 2013.

I have checked the status today and shows the above mentioned status.

Can anyone please give an idea about
1) How long it will take the CPP-Ottawa to start processing my application?
2) When I might get the request to pay the landing fees?
3) When I might get the request for submitting the passport?

yeah hopefully will hear something from CIC before thanksgiving, then I will be very thanksgiven hahaha
I know that most of the time no news is good news with immigration, but at this point of timing, any news is good news lol even it's just the request for RCMP finger print based criminal check... well i guess they wont be asking me about that since they already started processing my application.
anyway, patience is a virtue. I wish all of us good luck!

I was apply SINP December 2011 and get Nominee certificate in May 2102.Then My case file in CIC May 2013 and I am still waiting about Acknowledgment then my case will be process Medical and Police verification and visa any one define me how many time will taken acknowledgment to visa.

I got a question for you. I see you in Canada since 2005. Did you worked all this time? I thought you can get working visa max for 4 years, unless you were student before?

I GOT MY AINP IN MARCH 2013- I HAVE APPLIED FOR MY FEDERAL RESIDENCY IN APRIL 2013 (MEDICAL DONE) AND CURRENTLY MY FILE IS IN PROCESS WITH CIC AS OF AUG 2013..DOES ANY ONE KNOW HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR THE PASSPORT REQUEST TO ARRIVE AFTER THAT..
