Processing time for visitor visa at Chandigarh office?

I have applied for my mothers visitor visa at chandigarh office on may 18th, haven't heard anything back! Does anyone got their visitor visa after may 18th through chandigarh office?

I have applied for my parents on 15th May in CHD office and h ave not heard anything yet....not sure why its taking too long...

Hi,

The Status changed today on the VFS website, now it says processed passports has been dispatched, It does not say whether visa approved or rejected....I will let you know when i get more updates.

Hi Friends..
I hv applied for visitor visa for my mother through chandigarh VFS. I hv attached the following documents with visa. What are the chances of visa & how many days will they take for their decision?

Invitation letter from daughter (PR holder since last 4 months only)
Bank statement of daurgher from canada
PR card copy of daughter
Rent agreement of daughters canada accomodation
Bank statement of mother (Only 2-3 months old funds)
Indian property papers

Hi There,

Does she work or her husband work? You should have provided a salary slip or something that shows someone works as well and can afford her living and medical expenses. Every thing else looks ok...

Currently the processing times is 3 weeks i think...
