Processing time for spousal visa - Sri Lanka

hello everyone.

I got passport request letter from IRCC Colombo.
My Time Lines
Application received : Sep 26 2019
Medical and Bio metric 16th Nov 2019 (both same day)
Medical and Bio met Submitted 19th Nov 2019
File Transfer to IRCC Colombo Dec 15th 2019

No updates after December till yesterday. 58 Days left to complete my timeline.
but today now i received email passport request from ircc 30th July 2020

My hubby visits Colombo frequent he came 2019 nov-dec
feb 1 to july 19th (stuck in covid he stayed with me 6 months) actual return planned march.

its depends on where you live in sri lanka, address history,(if you are from north and east you may get delay because security check ).

when you filed application photos and outing photos are very important. CIC minimum 20 photos, we send 20-25 but almost 100 photos... how? i went studio i print 4 photos in 1 A4 Size sheet.
I divided all events pictures with category and timeline pictures, instagram and facebook pic and i print out whole instagram page.
travel tickets, honeymoon trips. changed passport name, driver license name, bank name.
we planned to proof our marriage genuine.(this is really important).
My hubby consult a lawyer he said he will take all things we need to give documents... then we realized lawyer cant explain our relationship properly. we fill up all of them our self. we explain in our own style. even grammar mistakes.
our chat history become another issue, CIC need to translate in English. translator cant understand the our mgs and feel of the conversation. so we write side of the mgs we explained that conversation and situation.
we hope there are our fast approval reason.
nowadays they working little bit faster than usual.
dont worry 2 weeks ago one of my friend also got visa, she applied on feb or march 2019,

Congratulations!! did they ask you to submit the passport to embassy or VFS?
 
Hi guys this could be just a small thing but I was just woundering I saw this update on my gckey this morning Under current status column “Application/profile updated”but nothing else has changed in my profile after that I logged in current status column gone back to “submitted” does this mean I can expect a update soon ? Or just a routine change?
