What do you mean by email? how can you send the passport by email?
What does your email say to do? Ours gave specific instructions to bring to the VFS

Yes, they did say to get it as of the date last police clearance, in our case it was July 2015.
But in there is no such thing of partial police clearance, they do the whole thing again since the age of 18, that's what my husband was told at the police headquarters.

Sorry for the late update guys!

My hubby got his PPR last Thursday Nov. 10/16. He just collected his visa today with all the original documents that we submitted. The wait is finally over. I'm so happy

Congratz to everyone else who got PPR/visa recently and Good Luck to all those still waiting as well!
