Ø Please complete question 8 (Personal History) and question 12 (Address History) of schedule A (IMM5669) form since your 18th birthday to date without leaving any gaps. This must be received at this office by : 04/25/2016

Hi the rows in Schedule A item No.8 is not sufficient for me to fill my details any suggestion how i can increase the rows

It looks like my case they too request me to submit schedule A form and do medical again.
If u need to fill more then take another print out of same page and on the top mark the page numbers accordingly.

And i dont have nah idea of IOM!?? What is that thing? Ang senior member can explain that....

By the way when did they send u this email?

yes i got the same....i submitted my schedule A form and police clearance last month end....did medical too... Still waiting for thier reply or passport request.......

..even I'm December applicant...my ecas status shows n process n both columns.but no SAstill..ecas section states they started processing ..but noSA..we had representative...dunno what's next.actually what's happening n my file..

Line?
