Yes, I have so many questions like those in my mind as well. Luck? hahahaha...i am not sure how it looks like or feel like...lol. I bought alot of stocks...all started to go down right after i bough. I lost closed to 10K on it. So it looks like my luck works for whoever bought same stocks i did. lol...
Yes, some time i feel...i am so luck when I look at the ppl who are below us...who fight for food every day...fight for work... and fight to live every day...
When I look at the ppl who are above me or get stuff easly whatever they want...i feel like...wow...they are lucky...look at me...what I have... May be this what they called in tamil "Manam oru kuranku" ... Mind is like a monkey? ....

I like the phrase Watnxt. It's soo true. A lot things like that really affecting me nowadays. I even lost my job when I came back from Sri Lanka. Imagine?? Sometimes I feel very unlucky and eventually we have to overcome a lot barriers in life rite??

ok this is just really weird. I'm in IT too. Actually a recruiter. right now i'm doing all sorts of recruitment, but looking to get back into IT specifically..

Watnxt, your right.. IT is doing really well. I think it always will do really well. We are so dependent on technology that there is always a need for IT!

Well guys, my major was accounting. I currently work for a public accounting company but seeking something better. Since I am recent/new grad, it's competitive. I thought IT was even competitive, how is the sustainability in the future market? Great to hear your doing well Watnxt.

Watnxt, Sorry to hear you 10k. Thats a lot money man. I am pretty you are aware of the fact of carrying the loss back/forward to offset your capital loss right?
I used to be an active trader, but I gave up on it after I cashed everything.

Wow...you proved that your an Accounting guy... I cannot claim the lost since I trade under TFSA. I thought I was going to make alot of money so put it under TFSA and dont pay tax.. it turn out other way...lol
I am trying to trade at least 10 times per month too keep low trading fee. I want to be active trader, no luck so far.
Did you try banks? Alot of new grads go to bank. Good luck with your job hunting.

im from Wyaba district what is caips notes and how do i get that? pls tell me thx also what it has to do with this process ? friend why thing they never say anything ? i also using a representative he says he dont know why its delay too do you think i have to go embassy and ask? or call them... mostly i want to know why thse guys never respond from 10month i already paid landing fee also pls advise

Now days they are slower than it used to be. Who is sponsoring you? Wife? When is ur medical expiring? Alot of ppl received the visa just before expiry date.

CAIPS notes is pretty much a print out of all the comments that they have made about your case on their system. it helps determine things like what they are currently working on, what's pending etc etc.

You can apply for it online. It takes 5 weeks to get, but worth it.

www.caips.ca/ is the link that u need to go to in order to get them. They charge u for it as well.

The colombo office doesn't respond because they have a huge backlog of documents. Its hard to keep up with the questions and emails that come thru. So don't worry.

Also do try talking to your local MP as per the advice of Watnxt. He's right about them being able to help you. Especially since it's taking so long.

hey guys how are u all doing? havnt been on the thread for a while. ive been busy.. still waiting for the visa. now that "blueprint" has said its taking him/her 10 months, its kind of getting me worried abt my file. i hope it doesnt take that long for my husband to come. im trying look for a part-time job to keep my mind busy. its really difficult. I spoke to my doctor and told her that i am really depressed, I also requested a letter to give to the immigration. so she agreed to give it to me. lets hope this will help me. maybe you guys can do that too?
