Dear Users,
Hope every one fine ! I need little help.
Is there any experience person who can help me Please.
I am from Bangladesh I applied Québec Selection Certificate at 08 May 2013.
How many time i have to wait for first letter and how many time i have to wait for final Quebec Selection Certificate (QSC).

Thank you so much

Regards
Arifur :)

4 to 6 month for first letter.what is your AOT and French level, your score.

My level A2 A2. I want to know the total average time for get SCQ. And what is AOR please

As per the New regulations (1 st Aug 2013) the applications will be prioritized based on areas of training, job offer etc and prioritized applications will be processed within 60 working days. my AOT fetches me 16 points and therefore if i submit my application how long will it take me to get a CSQ?

my estimation would be

1. initial preliminary evaluation - 3 months (estimation only)

2. Prioritized processing - 60 working days approx 3 months

so, total time taken would be 6 months. Does it beocme true? Do they process according to their publications?

Kindly give me a good solution regarding this issue.

I think it is not true. From where you have got this king of massage?
Quebec need Minimum 3 years.
And please do not copy paste same post in different forum.

I have gone through the doucment "GPI component 3 Chapter 1" regarding priority processing . As per the document, files will be set in the order of priority as follows

1. quebec experience program
2. valid job offer
3. under Areas of training
4. rest other documents.

is this true?

it will take at least 2.5 years to get the CSQ
you have to wait for the initial letter (AOR)
once you have the CSQ, you can add another 2 years for federal part.

Sooo Total 5+ years Forget Canada.
Do your own work.
Please do not wait for Canada It will take 5+ years from your life and it will not give you nothing.
So be happy with your own country. :P :P

It's happening when your AOT is on priority ,and we have even proof Ivegen our Forum member got CSQ in less than 6 months..So it depends from file to file...

It basically depends on region and not AOT.
There have been no interview missions in Asia in 2013.
So if you are a new applicant from India/Asia you can expect to wait for at least 2.5 years.

Not necessary ,if you have more points then u cud expect for a waiver too doesn't matter if u r frm India .And atleast we had 2 mission per year in India. There some countries who had interview once in 2 years. So that is not to be blamed..

Waivers are not typically given to non-Francophone countries, even if you have more than the required points.

The average waiting time for Indians on this forum is 2+ years.

I agree with this. Interview waivers are not typically given to non-francophones.
The average time to process CSQ is around 2-3 years + average time to process federal PR is approximately 2 years.

I have been going classes for A1 and A2 levels at present and it will take 4 months to clear A2 level. furthermore, my AOT is in the Top priority that fetches me 16 points. so will it still take at least 2 years for obtaining a CSQ alone? or my application would be processed quickly.

one more question is what is the minimum level of french required to waive the selection interview. is A2 enough?

If you apply now the minimum France level B2.
