Dear All,

I would like to apply for QUEBEC SELECTION CERTIFICATE. I have gone through quebec immigration website and self assesment for chances of acceptance. They said I am eligible. But I havent got French language proficiency. So is this make any difference in my application?

Also do we both principal applicant and dependant need to supply IELTs certificate at the time of application?

What is IELTS intermidiate bands would be?

Regards

Psingh
