Processing time for online visa in LA office

I applied an online visa today and my flight is exactly a month later...
not sure if will get my visa in time.
Anyone got any idea about how long it takes to get an online visa in LA office?
Very hesitated as the flight tickets are non-refundable...... :-\

I applied online on march 30th, I am in California too. heard nothing yet....

Hi, Quick question;
I am processing my online application now and I am confused about the photo requirement. My photo dimension is correct but the file itself is a bit on the big side (833kb) while in their words on the cic website they said "ideally 240kb". I am wondering if this matters or I am fine as long as my dimensions are good.

Please let me know if you focused on this to and what your digital photo size was.
