I tried, all means.. online query submission, mail and fax.. no use.. I may have to withdraw my passports and re-submit to EAPP.. that may be faster I believe..

e-Apps..this means you have applied online.. that is how the consulate know that your application has already been approved and you have sent it for stamping purpose only.. otherwise they will think it's paper application and they will put it in queue till they finally open your mail and realize...

No, I think I know why is so. I missed to write EAPP and hence it may be lying in the general queue for processing (along with paper applications) :-( Whenever my turns come, they will realize and process (just stamp) and send..

Which consulate did you send your passport? Did you mention 'EAPP' at the top of the address?

Yes, you got everything right. Your passport, letter from CIC and self addresses return envelope on USPS express mail is all that you need to send. Good luck!

Send them the tracking number of your return mail. They must have lost it. This is indeed frustrating.

Yes, checked my tracking number, no luck. They didn't ship today. Sent about 4-5 mails but no reply. It's 9th day today since they received my passport :-(

Should take 1-2 weeks, they received my passport on 4/23 and I'm still waiting to get it back.

Thanks for the update.. Can you please confirm whether LA office received your passport on 4/8 or 4/16? I think I read in another thread where you mentioned they received it on 4/8.
