I'm not clear about it but I think it is under GSS as it supposed to process in 2 weeks' time.

Is it fair to assume that if the ICT visa applied on March 11th was processed on July 8th then any applications submitted after March 11 will be processed soon?

Nope, his application is global talent stream, which should be 2-week processing normally. Other work permit applications should wait long.

My application is under GSS and the processing time for such application is 2 weeks as well. Applied in May and scheduled for biometrics next week. I hope i get the Visa soon.

Hi, Our company has recently opened a new office in Canada and wants me to apply for ICT. Can anyone suggest I can do it myself or a lawyer is required? Any genuine lawyer reference will be appreciated.
