Ive submitted a group of five application for my cousin in march of 2021. We got approval for her in December of that year and her application was sent to the Nairobi visa office for final steps.
Since then there has been no correspondence. I've reach out via email to them and I get no response in return.
My cousin is getting frustrated because she says others who started their application after her are getting their interview and medicals already.
Could there be something wrong in her case or is this normal processing time? We are approaching two years since she was approved and two and half years since the application process began.
Any responses or info would be much appreciated.
