processing time changed on cis web site

Great, now Buffalo needs 19month. that sucks.

any one know when time starts when they recived the documents or when they strart processing or when they ask and get additional documents???

As far as I know it starts from the moment you send your docs to Buffalo.
Would mean to us we have to wait at least till end of the year and we might need to extend our WP again

The time starts when they issue you 1st PER, or in other words the Processing time starts when your VO issues you with AOR.
But I think it is from the date of your PER.

y name is vinod and i applied in feb 2011 and i got per frm cio on march 2011 and from 9th april 2011 my status is RBVO my visa office is london and i m a indian citizen ,,, can any onetell me how much time it will take to finalize all ,,, because my visa is expire in jan 2012 ,,, what should i do ? should i wait or change the visa office please suggest me

16 mths for london.. which is 16 mths from 2nd AOR... and plus 1 year to reach 2nd AOR.. i

Count from the date when you send full application to Buffalo (120.days peirod).Dont count from 2AOR

I do find that the numbers listed for application processing time in the table not accurate, I look at Damascus - Syria processing time and they say 9 months, most of the applicants here if not all (Including me) have been waiting for more than 12 months with no change at all, not even medical request.

So my advice, those numbers are not accountable, and do not build your expectations on them.

i am a bit confused here.....it says 'Application received BETWEEN November 28, 2008 and June 25 2010'. If an application is received from June 26 to date, is it bound by this processing time, as CIC has clearly stated the time frame.
Also consider this statement: 'Processing times for applications received on or after June 26, 2010 are unavailable as sufficient final decision data does not exist'.
