I have not checked status since last week as it was same for long time.. just got email form them

I got a reply from Winnipeg email that my application had been approved in mid-September, but I haven't received an official message/email yet.

Finally its PPR!

Medical passed-23rd March
Background not started.
The interesting part is I ordered GCMS notes yesterday night and today morning IRCC confirmed that they sent the PPR request to an incorrect email address.
I should have gotten my PPR weeks ago.
Can I cancel the request for GCMS notes now?

So in my experience,
Winnipeg IRCC nicely takes long time (more than 6 months ) , they don't random pick the file means process in order they receives.
and the main thing is I never saw even one applicant who has been refused from this location. So you are safe if your file is here
