Processing at Winnipeg IRCC

No...Ottawa is consistently handing out approvals, and we're just stuck in the mud.

I don't think this forum would exist if there was. This site is basically designed for people to vent frustration.

I heard from Sithlord that you can call and request the VO to be changed, but I don't know if they'll allow that.
It's worth a try if you can risk the process taking longer after the transfer
 
I got a re-medical request for my spouse as it was expired in May end !! , AOR feb 08

I got a message to send these

Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature.
and
IMM5562: A completed Travel History (IMM5562) form.
