Why does the IRCC have a call center anyways?Spoke to Agent.
1st thing -He was rude. I know lot of people call. That's alright.
2nd thing- He told me honestly nobody will have the latest update rather than the case officer itself. So cases are taking 8 to 9 months. He told me BG yet to be started. 6 months is over this must be joke.

Last time the agent told me BG in process and yesterday another lady told me it yet to start... I don’t know what to say... I cannot hear wrong as I keep the recordings.I think it will serve everyone better if the call center was dissolved and the funds go to hiring more case officers.
I have not read one comment that said the agent was helpful.
