I called them - agent said the file is not finalized yet.

Yes give another week. I don’t think they can finish the application within week if security has not started.

The strange thing is that when I called on June 26 the agent told me security was in process, so I have no clue why it has not started now

Bud they don’t have the exact information about what’s happening on your profile they just play guess game. In the past they told people same shit next day they got their PPR. So don’t worry it’s happening. It’s just a matter of a day or two
