Hello, guys. I learned today that my file moved from Montreal to Winnipeg.

Silence since Biometrics Completed at the end of March.

It seems like people on this forum are getting their PPRs around their 6-month mark?
Fingers crossed.

@Cnanda6300 bro my application status changed just before I got my invitation for interview from we will start your back ground check to we are processing your back ground check. And it is still the same. I guess it will eventually change after we are through with the process.

Didn't get you. My filed moved to Winnipeg. I didn't apply for it.

I applied for express entry program. Please do some research about the problem.

Yes Winnipeg does take 6 months but that's standard for CEC category folks I am not too sure about FSW category. Might take 8-9 months as well saw 1 case in the past. But all the best stay chill till July 28. Then call them.

I guess I got excited for nothing yesterday then.
I hadn't taken that into account.

NO NO Bud,

This is just to prepare you for the worse. But stay positive. And wait for July 28.

Sure I will. Did you go via EE or PNP ? If PNP, can you help me with the procedures.

Hello,

Just as a suggestion. Express entry filling in easy anyone can do it, you don't need a lawyer for that. But for PNP Application-it depends upon which category you're applying. Please consult a lawyer or for Manitoba PNP. Go to http://www.immigratemanitoba.com/ You'll have information you need here.

Thanks. I had already expected to get a final decision by September since that was the norm in Montreal VO.
I would say you're lucky in that scenario because they'll finish it before August end. Anyhow You are in a WIN WIN situation.
