Process after ITA

Hi All.. I got invite in the Jan 19 draw. I am going alone. I didnt include my Spouse and kid (3.5years) while i got my PR. Is it mandatory to complete PCC and medical for both my dependents though I am not taking along with me. Another doubt in case if i am doing PCC and medical for them now... do I need to do it again while i take them after one year or so.
Also i have a format for getting employer referral letter.. but no where it is mentioned in the letter stating it is for canada immigration or immigration as such. Is that fine... or do we need to mention the purpose some where in the letter...
Can some one help me here.

You need to obtain pcc for none accompanying spouse.It is not required to mention purpose on the reference letter.You need to mention your designation,duty hours,job responsibilities,promotions taken,salary received,joining date and should be on a company letter head which have the contact information.p

Is it mandatory that role and responsibilities should coincide with my NOC sentences or even if it is different it will be fine.... My consultant are telling that if it is not matching to some extent... Chances are there to get rejected....

No try to write on your own it should coincide with point but do not try to copy everything because the job duties are according to their work environment.Write your own but make sure those should be similar with Noc .I have done it that way, but my application is not approved yet.
