Hi All, I am flying to canada in the second week of March 2020 and have 8+ years of India HR experience. Would like to know if I could get some references through this forum, so that I can start attending interviews before I could land in Canada.

Is it mandatory that role and responsibilities should coincide with my NOC sentences or even if it is different it will be fine.... My consultant are telling that if it is not matching to some extent... Chances are there to get rejected....

I got ITA recently and preparing my applications... I worked as HR for past 7+ yrs and my consultant are asking me to frame sentences almost similar to my NOC inimy referral letter to get maximum probability to get through my application... Whereas my employer not accepting to give in different...

Hi All.. I got invite in the Jan 19 draw. I am going alone. I didnt include my Spouse and kid (3.5years) while i got my PR. Is it mandatory to complete PCC and medical for both my dependents though I am not taking along with me. Another doubt in case if i am doing PCC and medical for them now...
