At the first floor get the attested translation from Chamber then at ground floor go to MOFA. Maybe MOFA needs to go first to get the Chamber attestation. It means you need to attest the PCC translation from the Chamber of Commerce (COC) by 25 SAR, then go to MOFA.
Before going to MOFA, pay the online MOFA attestation fees via online payment system, charges 30SR if you go to any service agent he charges 50SR.
https://www.mofa.gov.sa/sites/mofaen/EServ/ServiceCatalog/Pages/serviceDetails.aspx?svc=128
Press "start the service" and follow the instruction for attestation. This will provide you a MOFA code number, add this no. in your Saddad payment and complete the payment.
Take the printout of the code number, MOFA confirms the payment for the respective payment code number and you get the attested PCC translation hand to hand.
COC/MOFA attest only Certificate page provided by the translator, so there should be a total of three pages. 1- Certificate of Translator, 2- Orginal PCC, 3- PCC Translation.
Good Luck
