I want a quick info, i paid online to get the police clearance for my canada citizenship, after doing the payment i received the email saying my transaction was successful and no more info like when i will receive my certificate and etc, is it the same you guys got?

Yes, I had received an auto generated e-mail with the subject "Service notification" and the receipt of payment was attached. Later, I received another e-mail after 6 calendar days with the good conduct certificate attached.

Hi, guys. Thanks for the info you shared. May I ask if this is applicable to former residents of Dubai only, or are former residents of Abu Dhabi able to get a clearance from the Dubai police website? Thanks!

If you are former uae residency you can get any 7 emirates PCC and its common for all

I have an update I had applied for pcc online for my husband on Friday and we received the certificate on Sunday morning. So yes it does work!

I am using google chrome...don't know what could go wrong with that...

I initially encountered this with the address as well. I kept putting in the zip code under "Area". Then I tried the name of the district where my home is and it worked. I also put n/a under PO box.

Sorry, I got mine the next day. I missed the attachment so I thought it was just an email for the transaction receipt.
