Plz check on the DP website the status of your application using the refernce number you would have received by email. if you can see that it is process then I would say no need to worry. But if you don’t see then I suggest use the chat option on the DP website to discuss why you cannot see your status

It says on status "new transaction" i am just confused on payment coz i used debit mastercard. They accepted it and status shows SUCCESS. But i dont see it deducted from my account. Its been overnight

I submitted my request through their mobile application yesterday and paid AED 220. In the application status it's showing that "Kindly, visit nearest police station to prove you identity". I live in the UK. My friend will be paying them a visit soon. Let's see how that works out.

My ID NUMBER Got only 14 number
And it’s asking for 15 number
Check the last number of the highlighted in yellow and see what’s on your card copy on the reverse side that maybe the missing 15th number Emirates ID number is 15 digit
