It's critical to get the ban removed which can only be done if you act quickly and get a lawyer. Having a ban from Canada also reduces your chances for other countries especially the Five Eyes countries. It's not about the expense of the process to get the ban removed but to fight the wrongful conviction. Like you earlier said it’s of no use but how can they detain an application with no proper ground of verification? If in case my university is not registered or fake or my degree is fake it’s very difficult for us to get the apostille stamping done and apart of that WES Canada approved my university in their list of valid universities.

There are no options for you at this time unless you get the ban remove first. IRCC will not consider another application while you are banned. It doesn't matter what you put in that application, IRCC will not consider it.

You either need to try to get the ban removed (this is generally very difficult to do). Or you need to forget about Canada for five years.

A diploma mill is a university or college where a diploma or degree can be easily obtained without exams and/or without attending classes or attending just a few classes online.

The only option is to fight this in a federal court with the help of a lawyer. There is no other option. Get GCMS notes but only GCMS will do nothing, you need to get a lawyer who can get the notes earlier called the rule 9 similar to GCMS through court. Don't take this lightly. None of your explanations will be considered by IRCC. And there is a deadline to contest this conviction. Spend time searching for a lawyer now and arranging funds for it.

They dont just ba foreign national if they dont have any reason. In your case, they've issued ban after PFL. I know you did your best to check with your school, but ordering gcms would shed more light. Banning foreign national involve senior officers at IRCC

True but IRCC only gave me 10 days to respond and it was next to impossible for me to get the GCMS report so I had to take a call, I spoke to few consultants they were trying to scam me so I took few leads from this network and forwarded documents but I feel if they issued me a PFL and I submitted them the documents they have to consider that coz no university or person can generate such documentation in favour of it.

Still as you guys are have shared a lot of information which is useful and I just want to give a try by requesting IRCC to reconsider with all the documents again, I’m sure that it may not affect on my ban but just want to give a try what do you members say?
Orelse do you recommend me to try and opt United Kingdom and drop my plans to Canada.
