Hello everyone,
I received a PFL on July 2 and had my answer submitted to the Immigration on July 29. The main concern of the officer was on the overlapping time of my studies and work -- when I started working full-time, I took an online course and it misled the understanding of my situation, as apparently, the officer understood that I was studying and working full-time simultaneously. The answers to the letter were written by a lawyer's office, explaining the situation. My question is: is there a timeframe to get the approval/refuse from the immigration after that? In other words, how long I would need to wait to have an answer from the Immigration after this submission? I just wanted to get my PR as soon as possible, like everyone here, I guess Thanks.
