Procedural Fairness Letter - Upfront Medical

Hi,

I took the upfront medical exam last 15-Aug (still valid) and submitted my application in December-2021. The medical-stage status on my IRCC portal is " We are reviewing the results of your medical exam." I am healthy and have no medical problems, so i did find it odd that my medical isn't showing passed even after 6 months of application. But i didn't think much of it as i know the timelines are getting longer. Plus i have no medical conditions, so i was pretty relaxed about it. BUT...

Today, I received a "procedural fairness" letter from IRCC (content of the letter is mentioned below) asking me to "Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination". Since I've already submitted my proof of upfront medical (Heath information sheet) at the time of my application, why are they asking for it again?

1. Are they asking me to appear for the medical exam again? It is valid till 15-Aug-2022.
2. Did they not receive the previous information sheet? (I can see it in the section of uploaded documents in my portal).
3. Is the previous information sheet not the right kind? It mentions "Upfront Medical Type" as "Worker". I clarified this at the time of taking the medical and the hospital staff said it should be "Worker" as there was nothing around "Immigration"
4. What am i missing? Has anyone faced this problem before?

Worried sick! Please share your experience or advise. Thank you!

Just respond with the proof that you took their medical. It's probably just a paperwork error, the upfront wasn't matched with your file.

Thank you! I hope that is the case and nothing more.
I have responded and uploaded the same information sheet again. I have also submitted the web form explaining the situation and asking clarification on what they need from me.
Keeping my fingers crossed for this to be resolved as the 30-day time-bomb is ticking (in case they ask me to take it again)!

Hi, did you hear back anything after your response?
Hello,
I haven't received anything useful since I submitted my eMedical, only got an automated response(below).
Is there any other way I can contact them to clarify?

"Good day
Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
We’re experiencing a high volume of requests, so our response may be delayed. We’ll respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.
If you have an application in process, you can:
· check your application status online or
· request a change of address"
