Hi all. Yesterday I received a procedural fairness letter while my wife got sponsor approval. The letter basically says that they have concerns I'm not eligible to immigrate as a PR in Canada because they think I moved back to the U.S after submitting my application which means I wasn't cohabiting with my wife after I filed the application which is far from the truth since I've never left Canada after arriving here in June of 2018. I submitted recent proof that I in fact am living here in Canada still and I'm hoping it's enough. I have no idea where they even got that info from at all. They didn't quote a particular section that I may have ticked wrong or anything like that..they just said that I said that I moved back when I have said nothing of the sort. After doing some research about the procedural letter on here I'm afraid that I will get denied even with me living here in Canada for a whole two years despite what the officer said in the letter. I'm literally here on a visitor record they issued me back in February that is valid until December of this year so..I don't think they would have issued it at all if I wasn't even living here, to begin with. I sent as much proof as I could to the link they sent in the letter so now I'm just hoping for the best. It doesn't help that I don't even know how long it will take them to reply. I just feel so depressed and anxious over this whole situation and I just want to die.
