Problems uploading forms to MYCIC

Hello everyone,

I up trying to apply again for the Working Holiday Visa, as my first application was refused as my Family Info Form and drivers record didn't upload correctly.

This time round I have tried uploading the Family Info Form and the Application Form again. It lets me upload them, but once I go to review them the original (unpopulated) forms show up. It also won't allow me to go to the next step, so I'm assuming they haven't uploaded properly.

I am going round and round in circles on this site! Is anyone able to help me with this? I am thinking about closing my MYCIC account and opening a new one, but don't want to have to go through stage one of the process if I already have my conditional acceptance letter.

Please help!

im not sure, but i think i've read that cic are having issues with the preview of already uploaded
documents. so maybe just try uploading all documents without reviewing them, and then continue to the next step.
i also dont think you have to close your account, just create a new application and try it that way.

Thanks for your response.

The problem is, it won't let me go to the next step, so I obviously haven't done something right. This is the second application I have created, so that's why I was thinking I should maybe start a new account.

what happens if you upload a document? do you get an error message or anything?

also try using a different browser. i used safari on mac and chrome on windows to upload documents. make sure you use the latest version.

So I cancelled that application and started a new one, uploaded the documents as I had before, and now it has seemed to work. Very strange!

so, a new application fixed the problem? you didnt create a new account?
