So I cancelled that application and started a new one, uploaded the documents as I had before, and now it has seemed to work. Very strange!- BridgetO

Thanks for your response. :D The problem is, it won't let me go to the next step, so I obviously haven't done something right. This is the second application I have created, so that's why I was thinking I should maybe start a new account. Hmmm....- BridgetO
