problem submitting online application

hi guys
i am applying from pakistan.my application forms plus supporting docs are ready to submit. but i am having difficulty to upload my docs since this morning. i have deleated my application and created a new application but no luck, could any 1 help me please, i have tired different internet explorares

Hi,

Make sure your file will not exceed 4MB. I suggest using PDF as the format of your files being uploaded. I also noticed some glitched in uploading the documents per my experience last night. Just be patient and keep repeating on uploading it just make sure that its less than 4MB per file.

What do you mean you are unable to submit (upload the file)? I did experience the same problem yesterday but I just kept on re-uploading the file and it did went through after a couple of tries just make sure its less than 4 MB.

If you are saying that you are not able to open the form IMMI 5257, then I did use safari as I am using mac.

i am using mac too, but i tired to send from my other lap top which is windows based. but not luck. my docs are under 4 mb. i cant upload any thing till now..(

Just try again later. Try deleting all the cookies in your browser first also.

Try doing this. Use firefox or google chrome as a browser. delete all cookies and histories first before logging in. Let me know what happens next.

Hi!
The Embassy received my passport this morning and my status in my CIC account was updated to CLOSED and APPROVED. I'll try to contact the CVAC tomorrow morning as embassy forwards passport every morning to the CVAC. Let me know about your visa journey too See you in Canada soon!
