Copy paste it into a word document, then you can play with the margins, snip the barcode to put it in the appropriate spot, and make it all fit in one page.

When pasting it into a word document the only thing that doesn't get copied over is the barcode.

You can copy from the email where it says Annex A (as heading with bold letters) until your signature and paste it in a word document, and then write your name and address in a word document. This is the address, where your passport will be sent.

And then you can print it.

I opened the email in iPad in such a way that only annex A was visible and took snap shot.. and printed that pic....worked perfect for me
I know what u mean as when we try to print regular email, annex A is split into two pages which doesn't look okay.

People get annex A with their personal info and bar code in ppr email.

For someone who doesn't have iPad, open it on a bigger monitor, position the email in such a way that only annex A is visible and use print screen function....and print that screenshot (pic)

I recommend changing the post title to printing Annex A .... in this way other ppl could benefit as well....till CIC realizes this and start sending Annex A as a PDF attachment.

yeah its true, when trying to copy paste , a) barcode is not coming in word ,

b) tried to take from e-mail,but its showing as split page.

The Barcode doesn't show, when we copy paste in a word file because we don't have Free30f9 font. Install the font, and *123456789* number will change to the barcode.

pasting in MS word 2016 got me the barcode too. In fact it was properly formatted. PM me if you want me to email you the blank doc
