Hiii folks
Mine is FSW Inland Application with an outland dependent (Spouse-India)
Aor - 23rd Jan, 2021
As per the MP's office in Jan 2021, file transferred from Montreal to Edmonton in Jan 2nd week, Eligibility & Criminality in progress, Security passed, Info Sharing complete, Medical Expired.
As per the IRCC agent on call today, primary VO Edmonton, secondary VO Montreal, Medicals Extended (for both the applicants), Info Sharing Complete, Eligibility Not Started & Security, Criminality, Background Check is in progress.

How can the information be different? Can't understand if eligibility has started or not...
And medical is extended for both applicants as per the agent but the IRCC account still shows "You do not need a medical exam" since it expired in December 2021.
Any idea about it folks....??

Hi all,

I received re-medical request for my wife and daughter on 2nd feb and they both have given the medicals on 9th feb and we saw that it has also passed on 19th feb in account.

I dont know why they did not request ME for re-medicals. And can you please suggest in how many days after passing re-medicals, candidate gets PPR ?

My Primary VO is Edmonton too & there’s actually no direct contact/email for it. However, I raised multiple web forms & sent a couple of emails to “IRCC.ClientPortalPrairies-PrairiesClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca” after which they at least released a BIL for my spouse.

1. Third point "Two (2) photos of yourself and of each accompanying family member." Should principal applicant photo need to include even though they are at Canada.
2. Fifth point mentioned as "The height and eye colour (for both eyes) for the Principal Applicant and all of his accompanying dependants", Is there any form to mention this or just print in blank document is sufficient?

Please someone confirm above two points ASAP!!

I am sending them emails from last month and it's almost 3 months wait for ppr for outland dependent. They are saying your file is at Eastcoast (Montreal office) and Montreal office not reverting.

Anyone from. Montreal or Halifax office here who received ppr? please suggest something

I got reply from Calgary that my file is with another office and provided Ontario email address( IRCC.ClientPortalOntario-OntarioClientPortail.IRCC at cic.gc.ca ) . I have sent bunch of emails to Ontario email never got a response .Only an automatic email that we generally get .

Those are not required for primary applicant since they are already in Canada. But I have ensured I add a copy of eCOPR of primary applicant in each envelope to avoid any confusion around it

Did you have to contact a visa processing center or raise webform for ECOPR(PA) & PPR(Dependents) after Re-medical?

My dependent's re-medical were passed on February 3rd, no response since then.

Hey,

i had raised webforms earlier but it did not see any movement on my file.

i raised GCMS notes request on 10-Dec-21 and then I started seeing movement. Raise GCMS notes if not done already. Also call the IRCC number and check the status of your file, if all the stages have passed then it should be processed in a month. My remeds were passed on 10th-Jan.

My husband received ECopr - 6-12-2021
Pr card - last week
Still waiting for Passport request letter for me(wife-dependent)
As per my husband's conversation with visa office inside Canada they said your case is approved we have already sent details to ircc delhi for dependent finalization to send instructions now ircc delhi will contact you, can't assure how much time will it take.

Anybody waiting since December 2021????

Actually I received portal email on 26th nov but I was in india.
Regardless of informing IRCC several times, they sent me credentials 3 times. I am still in India so haven't recieved COPR or Ecopr.
Generally IRCC send PPR to outlands itself, but in my case they went crazy as I actually needed PPR for me and my husband.
Now again I have to leave my husband in india despite of getting PR approval because he haven't received PPR.
I don't know how to bear this pain again and again due to continuous inefficiency of IRCC.
I have stayed apart from him for more than 3 years and don't know how long i have to stay same because of canadian immigration.

In a similar situation as you. Can totally understand as it's been 3 plus years since we are away from each other. He is inland (PA) and me, the wife Outland India (dependent).

Posting the timeline of our application here. If anyone has gone beyond this point, please share your steps that you went ahead with, along with the timeline.

If you have been told already that the next step is going to be from IRCC Delhi, why don't you raise a webform there?Just a thought

They are not good at giving any information over calls and I believe they only accept mails or webform issues.

By the way, 3 years since marriage too. It Sucks!
