I also did the same thing for outland dependents and when I emailed they replied saying my file is with different office and send email to Ontario office . When sending emails to Ontario office no responses apart from acknowledgment emails . No responses to webforms . God knows about this system how it functions . If they follow this trend why not backlogs will be there ?
You are waiting since 4 jan right?
When is your dependent's remedical exiring?

finally received PPR for outland dependent
Details in signature
congrats. did you also email the VOs?
Guys, I got my COPR today. Below are my timelines -
1st portal email - 10th Feb (Responded with details on same day)
Portal credentials - 11th Feb (Uploaded photo and address on the same day)
ECOPR - 15th Feb
PPR for outland dependents - Awaiting
Email received from Etobicoke

Sorry if this has been answered earlier but can anyone help me with the process of getting PR card. Can we track the status, is there anything that needs to be done from our side and what are general timelines.
for the card there is nothing you need to do. we called IRCC about it and they said it will get sent to production team automatically (ours went the day after ecopr) and unless there is an issue with your photo you will receive it. no particular timelines as usual. you can link your pr card application to your gc key account which is helpful for updates once the card is shipped i believe, before that you wont see anything is my understanding.

while waiting for dependent ppr, today we got an email from IRCC for dependent medicals (we had submitted the upfront medical for work permit and it expires only in April 22) but now they requested for medicals. primary applicant got eCOPR this is only for outland dependent. anyone else in the same boat?

As PA already received eCOPR, the SOWP for the Outland dependent will be withdrawn administratively. I would suggest to raise webform and email IRCC.ClientPortalPrairies-PrairiesClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca to prioritize PPR

Yes SOWP is withdrawn. For the PR I used the same medical which expires April 2022 but they are requesting medicals IMM 1017. you're suggesting to raise a webform for this?
Did you submit the same medical for SOWP and PR?
In my case, I submitted same medical for both applications via separate webforms and both got passed one by one. I’m not sure why they asked you to submit medical for the dependent after issuing you eCOPR. I would suggest to call IRCC in early morning and they should be able to assist you.

Yes my recommendation is to drop an email to above email address explaining your situation specially around the emotional and monetary burden the separation is bringing. I send an email today and got a RFV letter today itself. :)

Hello Everyone,

I have got the Ready for Visa letter for my outland dependents, I am the PA with eCOPR issued on 15-Feb-2022. I understand the letter is basically addressed to me but I do not need to submit my passport, but I have below doubts and would really appreciate your inputs.

1. In the point 2 a there is sentence saying 'If a child is included on your passport, you must have one blank page per accompanying child.' what does that mean?
2. I paid Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) for myself and my spouse at the time of application submission initially and not have any receipt of it. Do I need to submit any kind of document for this.
3. Ask is to submit Height and eye colour (for both eyes) for the Principal Applicant and dependents. If I am not submitting my passport do I still need to specify my height any eye colour?. Secondly should I include the details of each dependents (spouse and kids) on the same page?
4. The letter says 'All required documents must be submitted in one single package.' but read somewhere in this forum that we should submit individual packets for each dependent. Please let me know the correct way.
5. Lastly do I need to also include a copy of my eCOPR in this packet. It is not mentioned in the letter anywhere but just want to make sure there is no confusion during passport stamping.

Congratulations for eCOPR and PPR

1)The passport should have enough blank pages per accompanying child. May be someone with similar situations will be able to answer your query.

2) Better to include the receipt in the package.

3) Yes, I would suggest to prepare a word document. Mention PR application number on top. Add full name,DoB, UCI, height and eye colour, country of residence for all. Also mention that PA received eCOPR.

4) as per my understanding, we need to Send individual package to VFS. VFS will combine them and will send to HC. Give a call or drop an email to VFS to clarify.

5) Yes, better to submit your eCOPR and photocopy of passport.

I hope this helps.
