remedial passed 17 August.. no update after that.. AOR Aug 2020… this wait is killing me now

Act on first email , get login detail and eventually they land u and u get copr . Then use the ready for visa email for dependant passport stamping

Just to update all. i was confused to see the Ready for VISA RFV email... around 45 min later they sent followup to use that email to book the Passport request with local VFS.

There are no gurantees. For me its been almost one year since re-medical. My re-medical is about to expire

Have you considered filing a mandamus application? You'll have to get it done through a lawyer who specialises in it and it's not cheap but it'll get the job done because you've been waiting for over a year as of now.

We approached a lawyer who specialised in mandamus and it cost approximately $3k but it was worth it. The whole thing came through in less than a month. You should definitely give it a shot. There are certain requirements for filing a mandamus so check if you are eligible for filing one.

Our lawyer wrote the demand letter and gave them 2 weeks to get back to us. We didn't get a response to that but they issued us the approval a week before we took the case to judicial court.
