Same Here my outland dependents as well listed in portal. Did raise Web forms & GCMC notes although no response as of now. Try raising Web form to update address for Dependents and your query as well. Hoping they will be looking soon.

Happened to me. But don't worry. If your dependent's address in the file is outside Canada, you will get PPR.

Did your dependents get the Ppr later like how many days after your COPR ??

I raised webforms, but those didn't help. I called IRCC, agent verified the dependent address and told me that since it is outside Canada address, you will get PPR eventually and there is nothing to do on this.

Travel was not easy as they travelled from Cochin - Delhi - Amsterdam - Mexica and then Toronto.
There was a stay of two days in Mexico and RTPCR from Mexico.

Did the border officer tell your family how long will they have to wait to get their PR cards?

I know CIC website says 127 days or so, but I don't trust that information because even PR applications processing time says 6 months which is not entirely true.
